  • Develop a strong understanding of the advertising and marketing industry through discipline-based training by completing an 11-week spring virtual training program with industry professionals.

  • Participate in agency-sponsored professional development workshops to gain a better understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion, various disciplines, and ongoing trends in the advertising industry.

  • Manage an integrated remote team of 14 fellows working as a project
    manager on two campaigns ensuring timely submission of deliverables.
